Terms and Conditions:
The Irish language book award is open to Irish language adult books published between the 1st of November 2017 & the 1st of October 2018.
The author must be Irish by birth, citizenship or long-term residence, entries must be made by the author and entries will not be eligible where the author is a member of the independent judging panel, involved in the administration of the Irish Book Awards or a close family relative of any such person.
Authors who have made current or previous contributions to IBA are eligible to enter.
How to Submit:
Entries may only be submitted via the online form at www.loveleabhargaeilge.com
Closing date for entries is the 7th of September 2018
The entry form must be completed in full.
Submission of an entry is taken as acceptance of all the terms and conditions of entry.
The submitting party must undertake to support the IBAs campaign and if shortlisted, must attend the awards night at their own expense.

Format of Submissions:
The author name and publisher should be detailed on the application form.
All submissions will be judged anonymously.
The Judging Panel’s decision is final.
